Animal Emergency of Pasco has been our savior the past couple months. We found a kitten outside and 4 days later needed emergency surgery. It was a very long process and they were there with us every step of the way! I cannot thank them enough for helping us save Penny (known as Pen there.) All the receptionists, Techs, and Doctors were very professional, informative and friendly. They had an amazing system with COVID going on too and always called to give us updates while she was there. Our little kitten not only survived, but is thriving because of them. Thank you again.

Zack and Samantha were absolutely amazing when we needed emergency boarding for our dogs. Our dogs are our children and we needed a place we could trust to take care of them. Even though their stay was longer than we anticipated they still took amazing care of them. They actually thanked us for our dogs being blood donors. My dog Kobe was severely injured and was rushed here, staff immediately took action and was able to help my dog keep his leg that was almost detached from his body!! It's been 4 days and seems to be going well. Thank you to you and your staff for being so kind and helpful. God Bless!

Brought my dog in this morning for an ear infection. I'm very grateful and pleased with the care she received. The doctor was very compassionate as was the tech that came and got her and another that brought her back. I called in the morning and she was seen in the morning and there was only one doctor on and she had been in surgery for several hours. When I brought my dog in she was experiencing a lot of discomfort. She had both her ears cleaned out, medicated and she received a steroid injection that made a world of difference! This is my second time with this clinic several years apart. Both experiences have been very positive. I highly recommend them.

These people are THE BEST ANGELS! I recently had to put my cat down and I was an emotional mess. Nicole and the entire staff go above and beyond to make your pet and owner feel comfortable, listen to your concerns and offer options. I was so tight on money and was able to cover the cost of the euthanasia and disposal thanks to these Angels! I cannot say THANK YOU enough to them for helping me through this really rough time. They saved my puppy's life when she was bloated from eating too fast. It did take time to see them but they did have different cases ahead of us. The vet was polite and gave me information and advice. I appreciate how calm and collected staff was as I was so stressed. I have purchased a slow feeding dish and followed the advice given to me. I am so thankful!

If I could give more stars, I would. There is no one more loving and attentive than this clinic especially Nikki she was very amazing and caring and loving. I will not take my other dogs anywhere else in any kind of emergency I will bring them here this is where I want my animals to be because I know they will be well taken care of because they really care.
